United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) works to make the world safer from drugs, crime, corruption and terrorism. Through the Firearms Protocol, it directly works against the trafficking of ammunition by providing a framework for States to control and regulate ammunition and arms flows, prevent their diversion into the illegal circuit, facilitate the investigation and prosecution of related offences without hampering legitimate transfers.
